Product
To allow collaborative resource management for Heavy Equipment and Agricultural Equipment resources to be consistent with the FEMA National Response Framework, compliant with the NIMS (National Incident Management System) resource typing standards. It can be customized to interoperate with other existing systems such as Crisis Information Management Software (CIMS), Inventory Management systems, GIS systems, etc. for managing, interfacing, and tracking Heavy Equipment and Agricultural Equipment resources for emergency management operations, specifically Heavy Equipment assets including fire and rescue and transportation vehicles.
TRACTORFAX is a comprehensive system which focuses on managing all the Heavy Equipment and Agricultural Equipment resources a state or local government uses when managing an event, or when responding to an emergency. The software uniquely catalogs those resources, and includes a set of workflows to standardize, manage, and track the collaborative requests and responses regarding Heavy Equipment of Emergency Support Functions (ESFs), within and across jurisdictional boundaries. TRACTORFAX also enables the collaboration, management, and allocation of the resources of non-Government Organizations (NGOs) to fulfill the Heavy Equipment requirements of emergency managers' priorities.
